Help: Short tutorial - Stereo Tool 3.11
Stereo Tool tutorial - page 13HELP INDEX
Some special steps remain for certain special circumstances.

Loud sound
If your goal is to achieve very loud sounds, move the Loudness slider up. This slider can make the sound up to 5.5 dB louder. This may slightly reduce the sound quality.

This setting is intended for (internet, AM and FM) radio stations that want to sound loud. If you are just listening to music yourself, you should change the volume of your playback device instead.

FM transmitter
If you want to broadcast your sound through an FM transmitter, the explaination in Using FM stereo and RDS encoding might be useful for you. At the very least, you should turn the Output lowpass filter on and set it to 15000 Hz, and turn on the FM pre-emphasis for your area (50 μs for Europe, 75 μs for the US) to prepare the sound for your transmitter.

Also, setting the clipping values of the highest few bands in the multiband compressor will help a bit to keep the output signal more constant. See the FM transmitter presets for an example.
