Stereo Tool can be used from within RadioBOSS radio automation software.
Here's how:
Copy the file dsp_stereo_tool.dll from the Winamp plugin directory (usually C:\Program Files\Winamp\Plugins) to the RadioBOSS
plugin directory (usually C:\Program Files\RadioBOSS\Plugins\Winamp).
(Re-)start RadioBOSS
Go to View -> Plug-ins
You should see Stereo Tool listed in the Winamp plug-ins list. Click on it, then click Start.
